You will build and maintain websites and web applications for OneCity and its clients, working with a team of developers. The work covers Laravel and CodeIgniter applications, WordPress and OpenCart sites, and Flutter apps, and every build is checked for speed, security and crawlability before launch.
What you will do
- Build, update and maintain web applications and websites from design and requirements.
- Write clean, tested code and review the code of your teammates.
- Keep pages fast on mobile and easy for search engines to crawl.
- Fix bugs, secure applications and keep them updated.
- Use AI coding assistants where they help, and review every line they produce.
What you need
- At least 2 years of experience building web applications in Laravel and CodeIgniter.
- Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery and AJAX, and of SASS and React.
- 1 year of working experience in Flutter and Dart.
- Understanding of OOP principles and sound code design, with unit testing and end-to-end testing.
- Experience with NoSQL databases and another JavaScript framework such as Angular, Vue or Node is an added advantage.
