Search has changed, and so has the job. This is what our team spends its days on.
Search that includes AI answers
Clients now need to appear in Google AI Overviews and chat-style answers as well as classic results. We write for GEO and AEO from the first draft, with named authors, direct answers and schema.
AI tools with a human check
We use AI for research, outlines and reporting. A person reads and fixes every page before it goes live, so you are expected to know when a tool is wrong.
Local SEO for Karnataka

What we look for
We hire on skill and evidence of work. A degree helps, but a live project helps more.
Work you can show
A site you built, pages you ranked, ads you ran, or a blog you wrote. Tell us which part was yours.
Clear writing
Short sentences, plain words and facts you can check. This matters for every role, including developers.
Comfort with data
GA4, Search Console and spreadsheets. You should be able to explain what a number means and what to do about it.
Language helps
Kannada, Hindi, Tulu or Malayalam is useful for local campaigns, though not required for every role.
How hiring works

- Practical task. A small task based on the role, such as auditing a page, writing a section or fixing a bug.
- Team conversation. You meet the team lead or the founder and ask your own questions.
- Offer and onboarding. If it fits on both sides, you get a written offer and a first-month plan.
